Responsibilities
- Work alongside Managing Directors and Senior Directors to provide advice to private clients and their family structures, including offshore trust matters.
- Demonstrate an understanding of complex tax concepts and apply tax knowledge to client situations.
- Help plan, develop and review advice memos and other client deliverables to a high standard that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Provide leadership, develop, mentor and motivate team members through on‑the‑job training, performance feedback, counseling and fostering a team‑based atmosphere.
Qualifications
- A number of years' experience in international private client services.
- Knowledge of the taxation of non‑UK domiciled individuals and offshore trusts.
- Strong writing, analytical, research and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, project management and business development skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, time‑sensitive environment.
