Responsibilities
- Providing advice on complex corporate tax technical issues in UK and international corporate tax.
- Managing a portfolio of multinational and UK‑headquartered corporations across multiple sectors.
- Joining clients on‑site to support the successful delivery of corporate tax projects and providing hands‑on solutions to corporate tax challenges.
- Preparing and reviewing corporation tax provisions and computations for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Managing corporate tax projects, including scheduling, budgeting and client communication.
- Undertaking technical corporate tax research projects to support advisory work.
- Managing and mentoring junior team members within the corporate tax team.
- Involved in business development and marketing initiatives to support growth of the corporate tax practice.
Qualifications
- ACA or CTA qualified
- Several years of UK corporate tax compliance and advisory experience
- Strong communication, presentation, project management, and business development skills
