The Team

A&M is seeking an Analyst in the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team to be based in the London office. This is an exciting opportunity to join the HRBP team and gain hands-on experience supporting people initiatives across our EMEA offices. You will work closely with the Director of EMEA business partnering and the wider HRBP team.

How you will contribute

  • Project Support: Assist in the delivery of global and local people initiatives across EMEA, supporting the HRBP team with planning, coordination, and execution.
  • HR Cycles: Help prepare and track activities related to mid-year and year-end reviews, promotions, and compensation processes.
  • Engagement & Compliance: Support the coordination of employee engagement surveys, upward feedback cycles, and compliance tracking across the region.
  • Data & Analytics: Use Excel to analyse HR data, build reports that support decision-making. Assist in preparing dashboards and insights for leadership.
  • Presentation Support: Create and format PowerPoint presentations for meetings, updates, and leadership briefings.
  • Employee Relations Exposure: Act as note taker in formal employee relations meetings as required.
  • Lifecycle Coordination: Assist with onboarding, offboarding, secondments, and internal transfers in collaboration with the wider People Team where such responsibilities require the HRBP team to support.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to wider People Team projects and firm initiatives beyond the HRBP function.
  • Accountable for booking team meetings, sourcing guest speakers (as required), taking notes at meetings and leading on follow-up actions that sit with the team.
  • Various housekeeping activities relating to data cleanse of HRBP SharePoint site and ER case files.
  • Produce regular reporting from ER case files in conjunction with the ER lead.
  • Undertake external research activities as required.
  • Manage liaison with accounts payable on invoicing issues.
  • Diary management for Director of EMEA Business Partnering.

Qualifications

  • Some experience or a strong interest in starting a career in HR, ideally in a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Confidence using Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint to support reporting and presentations.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A team player who communicates well and builds strong relationships.
  • Attention to detail and a flexible, can-do approach to work.
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday is a plus, but not essential.
