We are seeking an experienced Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) professional to join our team, with a focus on the EMEA region, at Director or Senior Director level. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in financial due diligence and a proven ability to operate in a dynamic environment. This role combines regional and global impact. You will lead EMEA-specific consultations while partnering closely with the Global Chief Risk Officer to drive consistency and streamline processes across our Global Transaction Advisory practice. Success in this role requires a proactive and highly collaborative approach. The right candidate will be comfortable working autonomously, while also confidently engaged with internal and external stakeholders and mobilising the right resources to deliver outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Performing financial due diligence as an EMEA-based client-server within a Big Four firm
- Cross-border experience, ideally multilingual
- Professional certification (ACA / ACCA preferred)
- Consulting on contract and policy matters
- Performing quality reviews
- Developing and delivering Q&RM-focused learning
- Developing and deploying Q&RM-specific tools
