Role Overview: The Associate will join the Analytics, Reporting and Tools team in London, contributing to the Business Intelligence Unit. The role involves gathering business needs, transforming data, building dashboards and applications, and providing analytical support to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources and systems into meaningful insights and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Python.
  • Work with business partners and other stakeholders to create new tools and enhance internal processes through user-facing applications or automated workflows.
  • Conduct analysis to identify and quantify efficiency gains, cost reductions, revenue growth, and risk mitigation using data-driven approaches and statistical techniques.
  • Continuously enhance existing tools through review, refinement, and documentation.
  • Communicate and present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders using clear and concise language and visuals.
  • Keep up with the latest trends and tools in artificial intelligence and data science, applying them to solve business problems and generate value.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL with experience in data modelling and relational databases.
  • Understanding of Power BI and/or other data visualization software.
  • Proficiency in additional coding languages (Python, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Experience conducting user-centered design.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques such as regression, clustering, and hypothesis testing.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; not afraid to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions.
