How You Will Contribute
As part of our People Services team, covering Equity Reward & Employment Tax, you will play a crucial role in solving complex problems, driving performance improvement, and maximising value for stakeholders. You will serve a diverse range of clients, from private equity houses on large M&A transactions to tech start‑ups and privately managed businesses. During the 3‑year programme, you will gain practical experience in both Equity Reward and Employment Tax on a rotation basis, and receive support and guidance to achieve ACA and CTA qualifications while developing professionally and personally.
Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A 2:1 or higher undergraduate degree
- A-level ABB (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Excel and Word (intermediate level), with database skills considered advantageous
- Relevant work experience is preferred, but not a necessity
- Evidence of non‑academic achievements (let us know what you do outside of your studies)
- Business level English language is a pre‑requisite, and proficiency in any other languages is considered a bonus
