We are looking for a Director/Senior Associate with deep expertise in S&OP, digital transformation, and AI-enabled operations to lead large-scale transformation programs for private equity-backed portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and transformation of end-to-end S&OP processes, improving alignment between demand planning, supply chain, and commercial functions.
  • Diagnose inefficiencies in planning, forecasting, and execution processes, identifying opportunities for digitalisation and AI-enabled decision-making.
  • Develop and implement advanced planning solutions, including scenario modelling, predictive analytics, and automation tools.
  • Drive data-driven operational improvements, leveraging AI, machine learning, and digital dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making speed.
  • Partner with client leadership teams to embed next-generation S&OP capabilities across organisations.
  • Identify and quantify value creation opportunities across supply chain planning, inventory optimisation, service levels, and working capital.
  • Lead transformation programmes from design through execution, ensuring sustainable adoption of digital and AI solutions.
  • Manage client relationships and project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery for private equity sponsors and portfolio companies.

Qualifications

  • Extensive professional experience combining industry and consulting, with a strong focus on S&OP, supply chain planning, or operational transformation.
  • Proven experience delivering digital transformation or AI-enabled projects within supply chain or operations environments.
  • Strong understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) frameworks, forecasting, and integrated business planning (IBP).
  • Experience working with private equity sponsors and PE-backed portfolio companies is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to tools and technologies such as advanced analytics, AI/ML applications, or digital planning platforms (e.g., Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP) is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and operating partners.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus depending on region.
