Key Responsibilities
- Independently structure and deliver workstreams to ensure successful execution of commercial and operational due diligence projects in various industries.
- Gather data through desk research, performing expert interviews, and conducting surveys.
- Drive in-depth analyses to uncover risks for the transaction and identify opportunities for post-transaction value creation.
- Work with cross-functional project teams to address challenges and drive results and collaborate with other due diligence workstreams such as ODD, ITDD, FDD, or TaxDD.
- Deliver reports that focus on key topics at highest quality in the shortest possible time.
