The Team
Reporting to the Manager of Total Rewards EMEA, this position is responsible for providing analysis and reporting for all A&M pay programs along with, establishing and monitoring processes that support these programs.
Provide day-to-day support of all benchmarking, market analysis, job evaluation and systems interfaces and updates, compliance reporting and compensation project management.
How You Will Contribute
This is an ideal role for someone with around 3-5 years' experience in a corporate environment supporting compensation operations keen and looking to develop further in compensation space.
- Support the Comp Manager with the development and implementation of compensation processes, programs and tools under their guidance
- Assist in benchmarking, analyzing and reviewing compensation data at country level
- Provide Job analysis and grade levelling
- Conduct market pay reviews
- Creation and maintenance of country pay ranges
- Help maintain and support salary survey processes, including data collection and initial analysis
- Support market pricing exercises and pay analysis projects
- Monitor and report on pay practices to help ensure market competitiveness
- Assist in ensuring compensation and benefits comply with company policies and relevant regulations
- Support salary budget planning activities and analysis
- Help model and analyze variable pay plan proposals
- Assist in preparing data and analysis for due diligence during mergers and acquisitions
- Stay informed of key compensation regulations and compliance requirements (Gender Pay Gap Analysis, EU Pay Transparency, Data Privacy)
- Assist with government filings, audit preparation and tax-reporting documentation
- Support annual compensation processes including merit reviews, bonus planning and salary surveys
- Respond to routine employee queries on compensation matters
- Document processes and procedures to support team knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, HR or related field
- Working knowledge of compensation practices in the UK and/or European countries
- Understanding of job grading, benchmarking and salary survey methodology
- Familiarity with major compensation data providers (e. g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Radford)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work with data and spreadsheets
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas); competence in Word and Power Point
- Basic working knowledge of HR systems (e. g., Workday, Success Factors, People Soft) or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience or exposure to compensation projects in a multi-national environment a plus
- Ability to learn quickly and ask clarifying questions
- Collaborative approach—comfortable working alongside senior team members and across HR functions
- Organized and methodical in approach to data and analysis
- Genuine interest in compensation practices and employee engagement
