How You Will Contribute

As a Senior Associate, you will lead and deliver regulatory strategy and transformation projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading client engagements focused on conduct regulations, including Retail (Consumer Duty) and wholesale conduct, regulatory change, and more.
• Assessing client frameworks and controls against regulatory expectations.
• Developing remediation plans in response to regulatory findings.
• Providing regulatory input into M&A, authorisation, or restructuring transactions.
• Engaging with regulators on behalf of clients.
• Translating regulatory developments into client-specific impacts.
• Coaching junior team members and contributing to knowledge development.
• Contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and market positioning activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in conduct regulation, with experience in supervision, consulting, or in-house compliance.
• Deep familiarity with the FCA handbook.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex regulations.
• Ability to lead high-quality deliverables and present effectively to senior stakeholders.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience with FCA-regulated firms.
• Knowledge of the FSMA 2000 s.166 Skilled Person regime.
• Broad financial services sector knowledge.
• Familiarity with cross-border regulatory change.

Education & Qualifications

• Strong academic background.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA/ACAMS/ICA/CISI.
