Key Responsibilities
- Independently structure and deliver workstreams to ensure successful execution of commercial and operational due diligence projects across various industries.
- Gather data through desk research, expert interviews, and surveys.
- Drive in‑depth analyses to uncover transaction risks and identify opportunities for post‑transaction value creation.
- Work with cross‑functional project teams to address challenges, drive results, and collaborate with other due diligence workstreams such as ODD, ITDD, FDD, or TaxDD.
- Deliver high‑quality reports that focus on key topics in the shortest possible time.

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying insights to clients and stakeholders.
