Key Responsibilities

  • Independently structure and deliver workstreams to ensure successful execution of commercial and operational due diligence projects across various industries.
  • Gather data through desk research, expert interviews, and surveys.
  • Drive in‑depth analyses to uncover transaction risks and identify opportunities for post‑transaction value creation.
  • Work with cross‑functional project teams to address challenges, drive results, and collaborate with other due diligence workstreams such as ODD, ITDD, FDD, or TaxDD.
  • Deliver high‑quality reports that focus on key topics in the shortest possible time.

Skills And Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying insights to clients and stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on, non‑hierarchical leadership style that fosters trust and collaboration at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present confidently and effectively.
  • Objective, fact‑based approach to problem solving.
