The Team

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hands‑on team. You will contribute to work streams on large programs and smaller projects, leveraging your Digital & Technology know‑how to challenge the status quo and develop sound solutions either from an external point of view or in collaboration with your client organization. Alongside our broader European DTS team colleagues, we define and deliver innovative strategic programs – aligning each digital/AI initiative to a specific company goal, helping the client transition from where they are today to where they want to be in the future. Through our DTS practice, A&M partners with clients to design, build, and scale digitally enabled and AI‑driven business models, spanning agile target operating models, digital products, and intelligent, automated back offices. We combine capabilities across digital product management, AI and advanced analytics, cloud‑enabled platforms, customer experience (CX) design, and self‑service technologies to deliver measurable impact.

How You Will Contribute

• Join a growing team with strong leadership, bright, energetic people with a truly entrepreneurial spirit.
• Gain experience in large multi‑sector scale transformation.
• Support our Digital & Technology Team in London as they serve corporates, private‑equity firms, and financial institutions.
• Assist in synthesising information after research and analysis into high‑quality client reports and recommendations.
• Utilise Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau and other data‑related applications to create client deliverables.
• Support Managing Directors and other senior members of the team with client pitch production.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a minimum undergraduate degree (preferred in AI, Computer/Data Science, IT, Business, Engineering, or an equivalent field).
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise, especially in highly pressured situations.
• Some Excel modelling skills, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and experience with AI tools would be advantageous.
• Fluent business‑level English; additional European language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian) are highly desirable.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Available from the 15th of June 2026 for 6 months full‑time.
• Strong interest in a career within Digital & Technological Services.
