We are looking for a Quantum and Delay specialist to work closely with our Construction leaders on arbitration and adjudication work nationally and across EMEA.

  • Provide specialist expert quantum / delay opinion and contractual advice in all aspects of construction delay and disruption matters.
  • Prepare analysis and expert reports for complex, high value arbitration and litigation proceedings.
  • Prepare expert testimony on dispute matters as required and work towards providing expert testimony in a live legal context.
  • Work with the Delay / Quantum expert team on disputes and business development and management.
  • The successful appointees will play a key part in the further development of the practice, with emphasis on thought leadership as well as practice and business development.

Qualifications:

  • Assessing and quantifying contractual claims and working in the construction industry.
  • Performing detailed Quantum forensic analysis and comfortable handling large data sets.
  • Drafting technical and expert reports, and proposals and white papers.
  • Producing clear concise opinions on matters in dispute leading to the production of CPR 35 compliant reports.
  • Understanding all methods of alternative dispute resolution.
