A&M's Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice specializes in delivering results across the investment lifecycle for private equity investors and their portfolio companies. The team focuses on operational and commercial due diligence, performance improvement, postâmerger integration, and transformation. A&M's proprietary Rapid Results Program helps quickly assess business process risks and identify key areas impeding performance.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic, collaborative team, leveraging expertise across A&M's global network to deliver impactful solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Independently structure and deliver workstreams to ensure successful execution of commercial and operational due diligence projects in various industries.
- Gather data through desk research, performing expert interviews, and conducting surveys.
- Drive in-depth analyses to uncover risks for the transaction and identify opportunities for postâtransaction value creation.
- Work with crossâfunctional project teams to address challenges, drive results and collaborate with other due diligence workstreams such as ODD, ITDD, FDD, or TaxDD.
- Deliver reports that focus on the key topics at highest quality in the shortest possible time.
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying insights to clients and other stakeholders.
- Handsâon, nonâhierarchical leadership style that fosters trust and collaboration across all levels.
