We are seeking a Marketing Manager to focus on strengthening brand positioning, driving market visibility, and executing integrated marketing initiatives that support growth. Working closely with Tax leadership and go‑to‑market teams, the position combines strategic input with hands‑on delivery in a fast‑paced, matrixed professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Market Positioning
    • Support the development and refinement of A&M Tax’s brand and market positioning across EMEA.
    • Ensure consistent messaging aligned to core value propositions and target sectors.
  • Campaigns & PR
    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across key markets.
    • Support PR activity, including media outreach, announcements, and press coverage.
  • Thought Leadership
    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and promote thought leadership content.
    • Identify relevant topics aligned to market trends and client priorities.
    • Support the promotion of thought leadership content across web, social media, email marketing and earned media channels.
  • Content & Communications
    • Develop and manage high‑quality marketing content, including internal and external communications.
    • Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and brand across all materials.
    • Coordinate integrated campaigns across digital marketing, PR, thought leadership, events, sponsorships and account‑based marketing programs.
  • Events
    • Plan and coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of events, including logistics, venues, suppliers, and timelines.
    • Manage event budgets, track costs, and ensure delivery within agreed parameters.
    • Support the planning and execution of client events, roundtables, sponsorships and market engagement activities across the EMEA region.
  • External Visibility
    • Drive initiatives to enhance market presence, including events, speaking opportunities, and profile‑raising activities.
    • Support leadership visibility across key channels.
    • Prepare executive‑level updates and communications for senior leadership regarding campaign progress, market activity and strategic priorities.
  • Marketing Strategy
    • Contribute to the development and execution of the EMEA marketing strategy.
    • Align marketing activity with broader commercial growth priorities.
  • Digital & Social
    • Manage digital and social media channels to increase engagement and reach.
    • Track performance and optimise content based on insights.
  • Media & Sponsorships
    • Support management of media relationships, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.
    • Ensure alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Market Messaging
    • Develop clear, compelling messaging tailored to different audiences and sectors.
    • Ensure consistency across campaigns, proposals, and client materials.
  • Performance & ROI
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing and promotional activity.
    • Provide insights and reporting to support continuous improvement and ROI optimisation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in marketing within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Strong experience in campaign execution, content development, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, thought leadership promotion, social media, event marketing, PR and account‑based marketing.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in a matrixed, fast‑paced organization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across regions and service lines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive‑level communications and presentations.
  • Experience working with CRM and reporting platforms such as Salesforce, Power BI or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience within professional services, consulting, tax, legal or financial advisory environments strongly preferred.
  • EMEA experience and additional language capabilities are advantageous.
