Senior Associate / Associate Director Insolvency UK - Birmingham

About Alvarez

Experience within the Restructuring or Financial Advisory team of a Big 4 or other large national practice or regional professional services firm.

You should have a strong background in financial analysis, project managing a mixed case portfolio and supervising staff. You should have up to date knowledge of insolvency legislation, relevant case law, SIPs and guidance from regulators and other government bodies. You should have up to date technical knowledge, with a proven ability and desire to coach and develop more junior team members.

Demonstrate the desire to build on existing skill sets and develop additional knowledge of all restructuring offerings with evident project experience in some / all of the following:

  • company‑side advisory projects
  • accelerated sale processes
  • IBRs
  • short term cash flow
  • formal insolvency
  • contingency planning

In addition to the skills and qualities detailed above, the desired candidate will also demonstrate the following attributes:
