Deliver on UK and pan European projects to our clients. As part of our highly skilled team, the successful individual will:
- Lead teams and deliver complex Transaction Advisory engagements, working closely with our Managing Directors.
- Evaluate potential transactions in the context of a clients' investment strategy, assist with financial due diligence & help to identify key risks and potential deal breakers, assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the business against industry benchmarks.
- Gain broad industry exposure working with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions.
- Have the opportunity to use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, as well as being given exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction.
- Work closely with operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process.
- Coach & develop more junior colleagues.
- Internally network with our other service lines and work on external marketing events to build your network internally & externally.

Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant and/or an exceptional academic record.
- Proven senior-level experience in Transaction Advisory, with 7+ years of hands-on Financial Due Diligence expertise is essential in addition to experience across Private Equity and/or blue-chip Corporates.
- Trained at a Big 4 firm or an established Transaction Advisory (Transaction Services) practice.
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Additional European language skills including French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Italian or Spanish are highly desirable.
