Our London-based Valuations team is highly active in the UK and involved in landmark transactions. We are expanding this team and seeking an experienced valuations professional to join us at the Associate Director, Senior Associate, or Manager level.

Responsibilities

  • Work on high-profile and complex valuation engagements.
  • Use a variety of tools to conduct extensive data analysis and valuation modelling.
  • Conduct research, synthesize information, and develop reports for high-profile clients.
  • Benefit from industry-leading formal and informal training programs.
  • Collaborate closely with leading industry figures across A&M practice areas.
  • Develop broad industry exposure by working with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap private equity houses, corporate clients, and financial institutions.
  • Gain constant exposure to Managing Directors, leveraging their substantial experience, and actively participate in commercial, business development, and marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Valuations experience gained at a Big 4 accounting firm, consulting firm, or independent valuation firm.
  • Strong educational background with an exceptional academic record, including a focus on Finance and/or Mathematics.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in financial analysis and financial modelling.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluent business-level English is essential.
  • Ambitious with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture.
