An exciting opportunity to join a new team as Assistant General Manager for a brand new rooftop premium brasserie restaurant & bar on the Kings Road. We are looking for someone with years of experience in a similar role that can help lead a team and make this new opening a success. The opening is planned for the beginning of September so the position will start mid August. This role is suited to an ambitious hospitality professional who can make a real stamp on building a new team from scratch, so opening experience is preferred. We want someone that is passionate about food, service, and people.
What Youll Get:

Your Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of this premium brasserie restaurant
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensuring consistency in service standards and guest journey
- Responsibility for financial performance, including cost control and revenue
- Rota planning, recruitment, and team development
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Building strong relationships with regulars and locals
