To strengthen our presence in the UK, we are looking for a motivated Sales Manager for the London region who thrives in a dynamic B2B environment.
Role Overview
As Sales Manager for London and the surrounding area, you are responsible for developing and growing your regional customer portfolio. You actively identify new business opportunities while building long-term partnerships with clients in the exhibition, events and display markets. You combine a commercial mindset with a practical understanding of modular systems, enabling you to advise clients confidently and deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire new B2B customers in the exhibition, events and display solutions sector.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts in London and surrounding areas.
- Deliver customer-focused advice on modular systems and event display solutions by using your product and technical knowledge.
- Understand your customer’s technical challenges and translate them into concrete solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments, prepare proposals and give product presentations or demonstrations.
- Monitor market developments and competitor activities in the London region.
- Collaborate closely with UK management on regional sales strategy.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events and industry meet-ups.
- Regular reporting to the UK Sales Director.
Your profile
- Commercial and/or technical bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, field sales or account management.
- Experience in exhibitions, events, display systems or event technology is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Result-driven hunter mentality with a proactive and structured approach.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 40%) and attend trade fairs and industry events.
- Perfect command of English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Ideally based in the London region.
