We are Aluroll, a premium UK manufacturer of roller garage doors and security shutters. Established in 2004 and driven by innovation, quality, and a culture of integrity and collaboration.
We are looking for field-based Business Development Managers to join our team in Oswestry, covering either the North or South of the UK. You will be based in the area. This is not a "business as usual" sales role. We are looking for a strategist who thrives on data, loves a high-performance environment, and wants to own the growth of our domestic, commercial and industrial door solutions.
Role Summary
You will execute our sales strategy, focusing on existing account growth, win-backs, and new business development. You will represent a market-leading range of products, including LPCB-certified shutters, Secure by Design (Police Preferred Specification) garage doors, and fire-rated shutters. We operate on the GTD (Get Things Done) framework. We value objective data and evidence-based decisions. You’ll work closely with our technical, production and internal sales team, ensuring our CRM data is updated and our customer service is seamless. You will report directly to the Managing Director, helping us drive the business forward without the distraction of direct line management duties.
What we are looking for:
- A UK-based relationship builder who can translate commercial opportunities into sales.
- A professional who treats CRM data integrity as second nature.
- Someone who embraces the 'Get Things Done' mindset and values integrity, respect, and collaboration.
If you are looking to step into a role where you can truly impact the bottom line and grow with a market-leading business, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Capability in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Strategic Planning.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales software, and data analysis platforms.
- Ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Independent and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing sectors is an advantage, but your ability to build sustainable relationships is what matters most.
