The Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in trade receivables securitisations or related structured finance roles. You will support transaction execution, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and analysis of receivables‑backed programmes. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of trade receivables structures, credit risk, and securitisation mechanics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in structuring trade receivables securitisation transactions and SPV‑based funding programmes
- Build and review cash flow models, dilution analyses, obligor concentration models, and stress scenarios
- Prepare transaction materials, including term sheets, IC memos, and data tapes
- Conduct detailed operational and credit due diligence on sellers, originators, and servicers
- Analyse receivables data (DSO, ageing, dilution, obligor quality, historic performance)
- Prepare DD reports and risk assessments for internal stakeholders
- Monitor performance of existing trade receivable programmes
- Review monthly servicer reports and performance triggers
- Track KPIs such as concentration limits, dilution ratios, defaults, and obligor exposures
- Prepare internal reporting and updates for investors and management
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on transaction documentation (receivables sale agreements, servicing agreements, facility docs)
- Review legal structures and help ensure correct implementation of eligibility criteria, triggers, and covenants
- Interact with sellers, originators, banks, asset managers, advisors, and service providers
- Support senior team members in managing multi‑party execution processes
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in trade receivables securitisation, ABS, working capital financing, or structured credit
- Strong understanding of trade receivables dynamics: obligor risk, dilution, ageing, collections, servicing
- High proficiency in Excel (modelling, data manipulation, scenario analysis)
- Experience reviewing loan tapes, receivables pools, or granular asset‑level data
- Comfort working with legal documents and transaction mechanics
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Prior exposure to B2B receivables, invoice financing, or working capital programmes is a plus
