Griffiths is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take overall responsibility for the safe, timely and profitable delivery of projects across our Worcestershire Term Contract and Gloucester Framework.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the safe, successful and profitable delivery of construction projects from start to finish.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage project teams, allocating appropriate resources and supporting the development of team members.
- Oversee project planning, procurement and subcontractor management to ensure works are delivered on time and to specification.
- Monitor project programmes, costs, risks and opportunities, ensuring commercial targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, quality and environmental requirements.
- Produce and review project documentation, reports and management plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage contract administration, payment applications and client communications.
- Contribute to design management on Design & Build projects and participate in early contractor involvement (ECI) meetings.
- Drive operational performance and continuous improvement across project delivery.
