Griffiths are looking for a Plant Operative to join our Worcestershire team, supporting construction and civil engineering projects across the region.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating plant and machinery safely and efficiently
- Carrying out daily pre‑use checks and basic plant maintenance
- Reporting any plant defects or safety issues
- Working closely with site teams to support project delivery
- Following all health & safety procedures and site requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Plant Operative
- Valid MPQC or CPCS card (or NPORS with CSCS logo) – essential
- Good understanding of site health & safety
- Able to work as part of a team
- Reliable, safety‑focused approach
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience working on civil engineering projects
- Willingness to work across different sites if required
