Griffiths are looking for a Skilled / General Operative to join our South Wales team, supporting construction and civil engineering projects across the region, including works delivered in line with National Grid requirements.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out general construction and groundworks tasks
- Work may include drainage, pipelaying, kerbing, concreting and excavation
- Assisting with setting up safe working areas, signage and barriers
- Using hand tools, equipment and small plant (where trained)
- Following all health & safety procedures and site requirements, including National Grid requirements

- Previous experience in construction or civil engineering
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Good understanding of site health & safety
