About the role
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to learn a proven sales culture before stepping into leadership. This role starts as a BDR, working US hours from London and selling alongside our US-based team. You will be trained on our existing sales playbook, learn how we operate in the States, and execute at a high level before taking on additional responsibility. We’ve opened our first European office, and we want someone who can absorb our culture, apply it locally, and eventually help scale our European operations.
What You’ll Do
- Execute as a BDR helping build a sales playbook
- Work US hours to stay closely aligned with our US sales team
- Learn our sales culture, messaging, and execution standards
- Consistently generate pipeline and book qualified meetings
- Gradually take on leadership responsibilities as the London office grows
What We’re Looking For
- Strong executor who wants to earn leadership through performance
- Prior BDR / SDR experience preferred
- Coachable and eager to learn an established sales motion
- Comfortable operating independently once trained
