About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead and drive ticket sales for our premium Oxford walking tours, operating from a high‑footfall pitch directly outside Oxford Train Station. This is a frontline, outdoor sales role based at a ticket cart, where you will be engaging directly with visitors arriving into Oxford throughout the day. Our tours run continuously, and your role is to capture attention, engage customers, and convert interest into bookings. This is not a passive role — it is a high‑energy, performance‑driven position suited to individuals who thrive on interaction, momentum, and results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Selling tour tickets directly to customers throughout the day.
  • Actively approaching and engaging passersby with confidence and energy.
  • Managing a ticket cart at Oxford Train Station.
  • Processing bookings and payments using internal systems.
  • Leading and managing a team of student sales staff.
  • Organising rotas and ensuring full coverage during peak hours.
