The Trust employs over 19,000 colleagues across five hospitals and its adult community services and is recognised nationally for excellence in teaching, research and clinical care.

This is a particularly crucial time for the Trust as we continue to deliver its PROUDFuture transformation programme, supporting digital innovation, service transformation, research development and new models of integrated care in partnership with the wider South Yorkshire Integrated Care System (ICS).
We are seeking an individual who brings sound judgement, strategic insight and a collaborative approach. You may come from the NHS, public, private or voluntary sector, but you will demonstrate a strong commitment to public service, equality and inclusion, and the ability to operate at Board level.
Successful Candidates Will Be Able To:
- Provide constructive challenge and independent oversight
- Operate effectively within large, complex and highly regulated environments
- Support cultural development, and inclusive leadership
- Build effective relationships with colleagues, partners and stakeholders

We are committed to ensuring an inclusive recruitment process and will provide reasonable adjustments where required.
