Spa Night Housekeeper

Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham
Salary: £27,476.80 per year + approx. £2,000 annual service charge
Hours: 40 hours per week over 4 days, 9pm-7:30am (includes weekends & bank holidays)

Seaham Hall is an award-winning luxury hotel and spa known for exceptional Northern hospitality and a vibrant, people-focused culture. We’re looking for a Spa Night Housekeeper to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness within our Serenity Spa. This role is key to ensuring the spa is perfectly prepared for guests each morning.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain 5-star cleaning standards throughout the Serenity Spa

• Work independently overnight to prepare all spa areas for the next day

• Support the Housekeeping team and communicate effectively with management

• Represent Seaham Hall with professionalism and excellent presentation

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience (essential)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional, well-presented, and reliable

• Must have transport due to shift times
