Location: The Mole Resort

Hours: Full-time

Salary: £27,500

Reporting to Food and Beverage Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our amazing team here at The Mole, where we have a fantastic countryside resort offering beautiful accommodation, delicious food and drink and exciting activities.

The role of F&B Team Leader is to organise, prepare and deliver our events, with the support of our Food and Beverage Manager, in line with guest requirements.

Specifically you will be responsible for the following;

• Co-ordinating with the sales team to make sure events run to a professional standard.
• Working alongside the F&B team in delivering exceptional service to our guests.
• Liaising with all teams on site to prepare for events.
• Assist the F&B team when necessary.
• Set up function rooms to guest specification.
• Clear down events rooms after use.
• Co-ordinate the service team.
• Maintain Health and Safety/Food Safety standards.
