Location: Chepstow, Newhouse Farm Industrial Estate, NP16 6UD Salary: £31,746.00 based on working 45 hours per week 5% shift allowance There are two weekly shift patterns.

Week one is 7am 4pm, and week two is 8am 5pm.

Type: Permanent In its natural state, Aluminium is silvery white or a dull grey.

Our clients often want something a little more eye-catching.

Thats why we have a team dedicated to the painting of our products.

Whether a customer wants a bright white, an Ocean Blue, or even a Mars Red We have the colour they need to make their dreams a reality.

But Due to the specialist products we use and our process, we need someone with the right skills to get it right.

We need you.

Youll already have experience working in a similar role, using powder coating painting processes.

Youll have used a GEMA booth, or similar machinery, know how it works and how to keep it clean, including the process of making sure its ready for use after paint colour changes.

Youll understand the importance of health and safety, as this role is based in an ATEX-rated area of the warehouse.

A day in the life of a Spray Booth Operative will involve: Setting up and monitoring the spray booth for the days production needs.

Completing colour changes, understanding the impact of different colour change procedures on quality; Analysing technical and quality problems with the process and product, implementing solutions quickly and effectively when the need arises.

Complete relevant paperwork and update our database.

Monitoring and carrying out all paint powder and consumable item stock control transactions via SAP.

To be a successful Spray booth Operative, youll need: Experience working in a similar role, specifically working within a powder booth.

Experience working within a manufacturing and warehouse setting, to tight deadlines following clear health and safety processes and procedures.

To be comfortable using IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
