Job Location: Chepstow, Newhouse Farm Industrial Estate, NP16 6UD

Salary: £31,746.00 based on working 45 hours per week + 5% shift allowance

There are two weekly shift patterns: Week one is 7am - 4pm, and week two is 8am - 5pm.

In its natural state, Aluminium is silvery white or a dull grey. Our clients often want something a little more eye-catching. That's why we have a team dedicated to the painting of our products. Whether a customer wants a bright white, an Ocean Blue, or even a Mars Red, we have the colour they need to make their dreams a reality.

Due to the specialist products we use and our process, we need someone with the right skills to get it right. You will already have experience working in a similar role, using powder coating painting processes. You will have used a GEMA booth, or similar machinery, know how it works and how to keep it clean, including the process of making sure it's ready for use after paint colour changes. You will understand the importance of health and safety, as this role is based in an ATEX-rated area of the warehouse.
