THE SEARCH:
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Investor Relations, you will play a key role in all aspects of fundraising and in servicing the firm’s global institutional investor base.
THE ROLE:
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of Investor Relations activities ahead of the next fundraise, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date documentation.
- Create and manage marketing materials, including data room setup, DDQs, pitchbooks, AGM materials, and responding to ad-hoc data requests.
- Conduct research on the venture capital market, covering macroeconomic trends, microeconomic factors, legal updates, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage logistics for roadshows and investor meetings.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in investment banking , with at least 12 months in an in-house IR role within private equity, venture capital, or a placement agent.
- 3–5 years of total experience in a placement agency or similar IR roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Solid financial literacy and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of the LP market and fundraising processes.
- Additional language skills (beyond English) are advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
