Drax Altus is exclusively collaborating with a European asset manager known for its exceptional track record in real estate, credit, and private equity investments. They are actively seeking to enhance their distribution capabilities by hiring a Director-level candidate to focus on fundraising for their UK-focused real estate and credit investment funds. The hired individual will be responsible for developing relationships with professional investors, with a focus on the UK markets (with potential to cover Northern Europe) and covering both institutional and wholesale channels
THE ROLE:

Lead business development activities from a targeted UK investor base, raise assets and ensure long-term growth

Extensive mapping of relevant investor networks and the execution of regular and targeted sales campaigns.

Overseeing distribution channels for investment funds, including financial advisors, brokers, and online platforms, to ensure effective utilization in reaching targeted investors.

Cultivating and managing relationships with distribution partners like financial institutions and intermediaries. Responsibilities include negotiating agreements, providing training and support, and resolving any issues that arise.
