Investment Associate, Real Estate/Infrastructure Fund (London)

THE SEARCH:

Altus Partners has partnered with a top-performing real assets private equity fund that is looking to hire an additional Investment Associate for their London office.

Having recently onboarded an Associate, the fund now seeks a second investor to support their efforts in origination, execution, and portfolio management across various asset classes, including commercial real estate, student accommodation, data centres, and transport/logistics.

The fund is a multi-billion AuM platform with several global offices, offering an international and entrepreneurial environment. This role is suitable for someone interested in asset-heavy private equity with exposure to multiple geographies and transactions.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking and/or Private Equity, preferably with a focus on Real Estate and/or Infrastructure

• Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen
