Full oversight of all compliance, governance, and controllership matters across the group

Development and leadership of a growing operational finance function

Implementation of best-in-class financial processes, systems and frameworks

Presenting insightful MI, analysis, and financial information to the senior leadership team

Ensuring timely closing of the month-end process, along with preparation and submission of all statutory accounting in accordance with UK GAAP/IFRS

Preparation of multi-currency consolidation of the group P&L and Balance sheet

Implementation and continuous improvement of the management account pack to support the business growth and complexity.

Strong balance sheet control ensuring all accounts are reconciled and reviewed monthly.

Reviewing and ensuring the financial accounting for the group ensuring the correct treatment of items regarding revenue, intercompany, and share options.
