Job Description: Altus Group is looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join the Brand and Design team, responsible for the visual expression of the Company and its supporting brands. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand & Design, the Senior Creative Designer will work closely with the Art Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that effectively communicate the brand using various media forms for print and digital spaces. You will be involved throughout the entire creative process, including research, messaging and execution ensuring the highest standards of design to promote engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually appealing and engaging assets that effectively communicate our brand identity and value proposition.
- Manage creative briefs, collaborating with stakeholders throughout the design process, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to understand business objectives and propose solutions to meet ideal outcomes.
- Design thought leadership reports, including infographics, data visualizations and illustrations, and associated promotional assets.
- Create signage for events, related event displays, event materials and promotional assets.
- Edit and package video recordings for website and social media.
- Develop Microsoft templates and concepts to increase end user productivity.
- Support maintenance of brand assets and guidelines.
- Stay current with industry best practices and provide recommendations on technologies and techniques.
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in graphic design, fine arts or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a design role.
- Experience with video and animation.
- Experience using digital design systems.
- Solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity.
- Discerning eye for photography, typography, layout, and composition.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
