Job Summary: Reporting into the Senior Director, Analytics, you'll own a territory of small and mid-sized commercial real estate businesses across London, managing a mix of existing client accounts and new logo targets. You'll work as part of a London pod alongside a High Touch representative, sharing a team quota and collaborating on opportunities while staying focused on high-volume, transactional sales. This is a fast-paced role where you'll manage multiple deals, relationships, and priorities at once. Success requires strong organization, follow-through, and comfort operating in a high-activity sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a territory of small and mid-sized commercial real estate businesses across London
- Manage a mix of existing client accounts and new logo targets
- Prospect for new opportunities through outbound channels including LinkedIn, Preqin, and personal networks
- Follow up on inbound leads from marketing and demand generation
- Build relationships with prospects and clearly articulate how products solve real business problems
- Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed contract
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and support negotiations in partnership with Finance and Legal
- Work closely with a High Touch sales partner, passing larger or more complex opportunities as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Move deals forward with clear next steps and mutual agreement at each stage
- Tailor presentations and value propositions for different stakeholders
- Expand into new market segments where appropriate
- Act as a credible voice on the company's products and their value to the commercial real estate market
- Serve as a point of contact for clients when issues arise, identifying and resolving problems quickly
- Manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously without losing momentum
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role selling cloud or SaaS technology
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders and conduct effective discovery conversations
- Solid negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Consultative, trust-based sales approach
- Willingness to collaborate and share best practices with the broader team
- Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred but not required
- Comfortable using Salesforce, MS Office, Outreach, and generative AI tools such as Claude
- Ability to track pipeline, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Awareness of industry trends and competitor activity
