Reporting to: CEO (Acting Sales Director)
Type: Permanent, Part Time
Days: Tuesday-Thursday, 3 day week
Remuneration: Mix of base salary, share of profit with Total Package expected between £20-30K based on experience.

Job Purpose: The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by removing non-selling administrative work, improving internal coordination and helping accelerate revenue. The role exists to increase sales efficiency, improve customer experience, and provide commercial insight that enables the sales team to perform at a higher level.
Responsibilities
- Quote Management: Creating quote templates, ensuring their accuracy and supporting the Sales Team with quote creation.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintaining CRM records and pipeline updates, logging activities and updating records on behalf of Sales Team.
- Reporting & Sales Insights: Preparation of Weekly/Monthly reports, tracking KPIs, monitoring initiatives and providing insight to Sales Team & Suppliers.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Working across the company and suppliers and communicating with Logistics and Operations, coordinating pre-sales samples, product evaluations and facilitating account set ups and credit checks.
- Maintaining Sales Materials: Organising and maintaining up to date Sales Materials including Supplier Sales & Marketing content in shared database.
- Sales Team Support and Enablement: Organising meetings, calendars and travel where required. Preparing Customer packs, presentations and follow up materials.
- Event Preparation and Planning: Support efforts in event planning and coordination.
- Process Improvement & Standardisation: Creating and documenting standard processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recurring issues and supporting continuous improvement against those identified.
Key Measures
Key performance indicators and personal development plans (PDPs) will be discussed, agreed, and reviewed on a yearly basis and will depend on the business needs and objectives at the time. Some ideas on possible metrics include:
- Quote & Order Effectiveness: Complete range of templates created subsequently quoted ≤ 24 hours (standard), ≤ 4 hours (urgent), with 99% error-free orders.
- 20% Increase in measured sales metrics (Meetings/Samples/Team Revenue Generation)
