- Support teaching and learning across the classroom.
- Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging learning activities.
- Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusion for all children.
- Assist with monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff.
- Help create and maintain a safe, stimulating and welcoming learning environment.
- Support pupils with additional needs to access learning and achieve success.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and its community.
- Holds a Level 2 qualification in Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
- Has experience of working with children in an educational or similar setting.
- Is passionate about supporting children to learn and succeed.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works effectively as part of a team.
