You will lead the day‑to‑day management of our estate, ensuring all sites are compliant, well‑maintained, and aligned with the DfE’s Estate Management Competency Framework. From health and safety to strategic planning, you’ll be the linchpin of operational excellence across our premises.
Key responsibilities
- Managing site safety, compliance and statutory checks
- Supervising site teams and contractors
- Supporting sustainability initiatives and school events
- Leading premises maintenance, cleaning, and security operations.
About you
- Skilled in a variety of maintenance disciplines (e.g., electrical, plumbing, grounds)
- Organised, reliable, and solutions‑focused
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and with minimal supervision
- Willing to undertake relevant training (e.g., safeguarding, H&S, fire safety)
A full UK driving licence and IWFM membership (or willingness to work towards it) would be advantageous.
