Your Personal Development
Trust INSET days– Altus staff participate in regular Trust INSET days, giving staff insight into the strategy and objectives of the Trust, including a range of teacher based and support staff topics.
Our ECT Framework– This is delievered in-house by a highly experienced team of senior leaders across the Trust who will provide, manage and support training to any recently qualified teacher to successfully complete their teaching induction.
National College– We offer regular CPD training sessions with the National College.
Senior Leaders– We offer a personalised coaching package bespoke to your identified leadership training needs.
