Job Description
A well-respected and forward-thinking Construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their innovative Building Surveying team in Manchester.
They deliver tailored Building Surveying and Project Management services across the UK, working with high-profile clients in sectors including government, education, blue light, and infrastructure – with a strong focus on sustainability and Net Zero.
- Up to £65,000 basic salary plus excellent benefits and hybrid working
- The chance to gain Project Management experience.

- Exposure to Net Zero retrofit, technical due diligence, and condition surveys
