Associate / Senior Associate – Project Management – Bristol

If so, you may be interested to learn that a leading international, independent real estate consultancy – is seeking a driven and experienced Associate or Senior Associate Project Manager to help shape the continued growth of their Project Management team in Bristol.
With a thriving cross-sector pipeline, a collaborative culture, and genuine opportunities to influence the regional business, this is an excellent opportunity for a qualified PM to make their mark.
The Role
You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of high-profile commercial, retail and residential projects ranging from £10k to £40m+, acting as the client lead while integrating closely with the development management teams across the South-West.
You’ll also play a key role in developing a new pure PM offering within the office, while supporting junior team members and working closely with Directors to help expand the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle project delivery from RIBA Stages 1–7
- Take full client briefs and deliver results aligned with expectations
- Lead and mentor junior Project Managers in a fast-growing team
- Collaborate with Directors across regional offices
- Represent the consultancy as client lead and PM expert in meetings
- Contribute to business development and network growth
- Engage with development management opportunities as they grow
- Learn more about development management
Requirements
- MRICS or MCIOB preferred, with consultancy-side PM experience
- Proven experience delivering commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, or new builds
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
- Able to lead projects with minimal supervision and a focus on detail
- Bristol-based (3 days in office) with the ability to cover the South-West
What You’ll Get
- £70,000 to £80,000
- £6,600 car allowance
- 8–10% Annual Incentive Plan bonus
