A specialist building safety and surveying consultancy, recently acquired by a well-funded and fast-growing group investing heavily in the building safety and compliance sector, is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join its expanding London team.

With a strong institutional client portfolio and a growing reputation for technical excellence, the business operates across the commercial and residential sectors with a particular specialism in façade and external wall advisory. A varied and technically engaging position, split approximately 70/30 between cladding and building safety work and broader traditional building surveying instructions:

  • Building safety and cladding remediation projects across London
  • Building Surveys & Condition Reports
  • Specification Writing & Contract Administration
  • Project Delivery & Refurbishment

You will work with a diverse institutional client base across commercial and residential sectors, on projects ranging in scale and complexity.

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor:

  • MRICS (Building Surveying pathway)
  • Experience in commercial or residential building surveying
  • Exposure to high-rise residential, cladding or building safety work is advantageous - though a genuine interest in specialising further in this area is equally welcomed
