A leading commercial fit-out consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects across London. You will manage projects from pre-construction to handover, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are met. You will lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors, and act as the primary client contact, supporting delivery excellence and commercial performance.

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of office fit-out projects (CAT A and CAT B)
  • Coordinate contractors, designers, and site teams
  • Monitor budgets, programmes, and project milestones
  • Produce regular progress reports for clients and senior management
  • Attend site visits to oversee delivery and resolve issues
  • Maintain high standards of quality, health, and safety

Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects in London. Experience coordinating subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams. Strong organisational, reporting, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. MRICS qualification is desirable but not essential.
