Role Responsibilities
- Work across a 50/50 mix of project work and professional services.
- Undertake condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical due diligence.
- Assist with contract administration and project management.
- Prepare specifications, schedules of work and technical reports.
- Work on refurbishment and capital projects from inception through to completion.
- Gain exposure across commercial, education, defence, infrastructure, residential and public sector projects.
Candidate Requirements
- BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying (RICS accredited).
- Previous Building Surveying experience through industry placement or consultancy.
- Keen to work towards MRICS Chartership.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to develop into a well-rounded Chartered Building Surveyor.
