One of London's fastest growing boutique commercial property consultancies is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join its growing London team.

Partnering with a leading client portfolio comprised of leading investment funds, financial institutions and property companies, this is an exceptional opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor (APC enrolled) to gain unparalleled exposure across the full range of Building Surveying disciplines on some of London's most sought-after assets.

Working alongside a Partner in the Building Surveying team, you will deliver a range of commercial property-based building surveying services, including:

  • Contract Administration (projects up to £3m)
  • Pre-Acquisition Surveys
  • Building Surveys
  • Specification Writing

The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor:

  • APC-enrolled (Building Surveying pathway)
  • BSc or MSc in a Building Surveying related degree
  • Private practice / consultancy-based Building Surveying experience
