We are working with a well-established property and construction consultancy looking to appoint a Regional Director of Project Management to lead and grow its Project Management offering across Manchester and Leeds.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Project Management professional who combines strong technical delivery with commercial awareness, client development and team leadership. You will take a leading role in the continued growth and development of the Project Management service line across the North.
- Leading and growing the Project Management offering across Manchester and Leeds
- Leading the delivery of high-quality Project Management services
- Developing and implementing regional business plans
- Identifying new commercial opportunities across the market
- Supporting business development, marketing and networking activity
- Leading, mentoring and developing members of the Project Management team
- Driving improvements in processes, quality and best practice
- Working collaboratively with other service lines and senior leaders across the business
The successful candidate will remain involved in project delivery while taking significant responsibility for the commercial growth and strategic direction of the regional PM offering. We are looking for an established Project Management professional with a strong reputation and network across the North of England.
- Significant experience within a property or construction consultancy environment
- An established network of clients and industry contacts
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of fee generation
- Experience leading and developing Project Management teams
- Excellent client-facing, communication and relationship-management skills
- The ability to combine hands-on project delivery with leadership and business development
Experience across commercial property sectors such as industrial, offices, Build to Rent and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation would be particularly relevant.
