They are now opening their doors to an Associate Building Surveyor to help lead project delivery and support a close-knit team with high staff retention, where most Directors have been there 15+ years.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering contract administration, dilapidations, and technical due diligence services
- Supporting some party wall and alteration review instructions
- Managing multiple projects from inception through to completion (up to £5m)
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to performance at Associate level

- MRICS qualified with strong experience in project delivery
- Comfortable leading work across sectors incl. education, commercial, healthcare, and retail
- Confident with JCT contracts and professional services
- Personable, proactive, and able to manage client relationships
- Based within reach of Birmingham with minimal travel required

- Salary - £65,000 - £90,000 + Bonus up to £3,500 tax free
