They are now opening their doors to an Associate Building Surveyor to help lead project delivery and support a close-knit team with high staff retention, where most Directors have been there 15+ years.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering contract administration, dilapidations, and technical due diligence services
  • Supporting some party wall and alteration review instructions
  • Managing multiple projects from inception through to completion (up to £5m)
  • Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to performance at Associate level

  • MRICS qualified with strong experience in project delivery
  • Comfortable leading work across sectors incl. education, commercial, healthcare, and retail
  • Confident with JCT contracts and professional services
  • Personable, proactive, and able to manage client relationships
